We use our personal quailities to be a good teacher by taking care of the student as your own son/daughters. We can also use it by understanding each one of them. As a quotation said "it is better to say "do not kill yourself in too many school activities rather take time to rest."" because the real teacher wants the student to learn not to suffer.
